Blade Craft
Hand-forged from 1045 carbon steel, heat-treated to 55 HRC hardness. The blade is finely polished then fully black carbonized for matte finish, restoring the minimalist blade design of Muichiro’s Nichirin Sword. Built with full tang detachable construction for easy disassembly, storage and comfortable grip during cosplay.
